特殊鋼小棒材生產(chǎn)線加熱采用配備二級(jí)脈沖控制系統(tǒng)的步進(jìn)式加熱爐，鋼坯加熱溫度均勻，表面脫碳少；軋線配備19架平立交替式二輥軋機(jī)+4架KOCKS三輥減定徑軋機(jī)+超快冷裝置，可實(shí)現(xiàn)自由尺寸軋制及控溫軋制，成品鋼材尺寸精度高，表面質(zhì)量好、內(nèi)部組織均勻。產(chǎn)品規(guī)格：?12mm～?42mm，主要產(chǎn)品為軸承鋼、齒輪鋼、合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼、優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼、彈簧鋼、抽油桿用鋼、易切削鋼等，應(yīng)用于汽車及工程機(jī)械行業(yè)、石油化工、鐵路及軌道交通等領(lǐng)域。

The special steel small bar production line is heated by a walking beam heating furnace under the control of a two-stage pulse control system, thus ensuring uniform heating temperature of the steel billet and less surface decarburization. The rolling line is equipped with 19 flat-vertical alternating two-high rolling mills and 4 KOCKS three-rolling reducing sizing mills and ultra-fast cooling devices. With these mills and devices, it can realize free-size rolling and temperature-controlled rolling. The finished steel products feature high dimensional accuracy, good surface quality and a uniform internal structure. The product specification ranges from ?12mm to ?42mm. It mainly produces bearing steel, gear steel, alloyed structural steel, high-quality carbon structural steel, spring steel, steel for sucker rods, free-cutting steel, etc. These products are applied in the automotive and engineering machinery industries, petrochemical industry, railways and rail transportation and other fields.
